Wildflower Honey is Florida’s Panhandle in a jar. Our bees roam freely through pine forests, tupelo swamps, gallberry thickets, palmetto flats, and seasonal blooms—gathering what the land offers, when it offers it.
 
Each batch reflects the landscape and the season, resulting in honey that’s naturally smooth, slow to crystallize, and layered with subtle floral, earthy, or resinous notes. Minimal filtering preserves natural enzymes, pollen, and character.
